Credit Services Associate in Canyon Lake, TX at Volt

Job Description

Volt is currently seeking several Credit Services Associates in New Braunfels. 

Position Summary: 

In this role you will interact with customers in regards to inquires/complaints, concerns and requests with accuracy and efficiency ensuring high customer satisfaction. 

Pay: $13/hr.

Start Date: December 2019

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service on each and every call
• Provide service through telephone or email 
• Receive inbound credit service calls and general account inquiries 
• Coordinate with credit and collections associates for billing dispute resolutions
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements: 

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use and navigation of computers and software. 
• Typing Skills: 25 WPM or more

Qualifications: 

• At least 1 year experience in a call center environment
