Job Description

Commercial and Residential Restoration Company is in need of Crew Managers/Chiefs. They offer services that restore damage caused by water, fire, storms and mold.

  • 1 Year minimum experience, water certification a big plus
  • Looking for candidate with potential to move up, skills, read/ write English, leadership and management experience
  • Hours are 8am- 5pm plus overtime; 1 weekend a month on-call, primary on call $100 and back up on-call $50 with 2 hr. minimum.
  • Bio Hazard $25/ hr. bonus and sewerage extra $10/hr. bonus
  • Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs.
  1. Production: Production Crew and Job Management
    1. Adhere to 1-4-8 job response.
    2. Oversee jobsite management.
    3. Perform production processes as scheduled.
    4. Supervise production technicians.
    5. Manage job file documentation.
    6. Coach and train production technicians.
  2. Production: Jobsite/Employee Appearance
    1. Make sure that the jobsite is left with a clean and orderly appearance.
    2. Make sure employees follow uniform policy.
  3. Human Resources: Good Communication Management Skills required
  4. Executive: Professional and Personal Development
    1. Continue development of production skills and expertise of services, cleaning products, and equipment.
    2. Continue development of management, teambuilding, and leadership skills.
  5. Finance: Financial and Equipment/Asset Management
    1. Manage and control costs of production jobs.
    2. Manage equipment and materials (assets).
  6. Production: Maintenance and Equipment Repair
    1. Perform preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
    2. Report on all non-operational equipment.
    3. Oversee facility maintenance.
  7. Executive: Safety and Risk Compliance/Management
    1. Understand and see that all personnel follow safety and risk management guidelines on the jobsite, in the office, and while traveling.
    2. Attend safety training
