Job Description

Position: Sr CRM Scrum Master
Type: Contingent
Duration: 3 months (Probable Ext.) 
Location: Renton WA
Rate: (Max) $65/hr

Provide expert level Scrum Master capabilities for our client and affiliated organization for the CRM and Collaboration Solutions. Act as a leader to our clients software development team in development of complex CRM solutions. Oversee design, implementation, QA, and validation of programming code and products.

The CRM Scrum Master applies senior level skills and experience in the domain of agile management for the customer relationship management and collaboration systems to define appropriate product and feature software development and estimates for customer implementations.


  • Drive the execution of the technology strategy by creating project outlines and timelines and distribute responsibilities to team members.
  • Facilitate daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
  • Develops project plans in alignment with the organization's strategic plans and objectives.
  • Builds support to influence decisions in order to ensure work toward common objectives.
  • Manage client expectations from initial problem identification and through the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and gain sponsor approval and signoff of the project charter and work breakdown schedule.
  • Develops and leads the project team to the delivery of successful project outcomes.
  • Builds and manages multiple, multi-functional collaborative project and/or work teams.
  • Coordinates the activities of multi-functional teams, as well as the project budget, task dependencies and schedule. Scope, risk and issue management, including documenting, communicating and facilitating resolutions or mitigation plans.
  • Develops and manages a communication plan, including regular project status reports.
  • Delivers appropriate integration, training and implementation plans and activities.
  • Develops root cause analyses and process improvement plans.
  • Maintains all project artifacts.
  • Identifies, delivers and documents organizational, application and workflows that contribute to policy and procedure updates throughout each project.
  • Prepares and delivers presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders.


  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience is required.
  • Education and experience with Project Management methodology based on Agile Project Management with Scrum principles required.
  • Project Management Professional designation (PMI) Certification preferred.
  • Three or more years of experience leading medium to large projects.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle; with PM methodologies and software; and making formal and informal presentations to senior and executive management and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability in leading large, diverse and complex projects; management skills and the ability to work effectively to build relationships with executive management, department managers and project managers; and organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems and conflicts; to develop, direct, motivate and gain commitment with teams; to effectively present and gather information at PM meetings; to mentor Project Coordinators and Associate Project Managers; develop, direct, motivate and gain the commitment of teams; and to translate conceptual thinking into project definitions and requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer business needs in support of organizational objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects with multiple project teams, product development lifecycle, or quality lifecycle; ability to take initiative, prioritize work, manage time and respond effectively to a rapidly changing environment; and to exercise sound political and environmental judgment as appropriate to support successful project implementation.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills in assessing and mitigating risks through risk planning.
