Job Description

Job Purpose

The job purpose of the CRM Specialist is to monitor, analyze, and report the activities and performance of internal sales representatives based on the data they enter into our CRM tool. This individual will be responsible for collecting the data and reporting trends and results to upper management including Director of Sales Management, Senior Director of PC/LT Sales, and executive management. In addition, this individual will manage the master customer files including new registration, pricing for specific markets and bid information.

Key Accountabilities

- Monitor and analyze sales representative’s activities, schedules, and performance by reviewing visit reports, and comparing sales progress vs. sales plan via CRM tool

- Review visit reports of sales representative for key facts: market competition, products or pricing of competitors, and any news from the market place

- Communicate results with Sales Management Director, Senior Director of PC/LT Sales, and Executive Management

- Communicate with field sales daily by sending guidelines and updates while providing support including answering any requests or questions regarding the CRM tool, performance numbers, territory information, etc.

- Manage Customer Master Data including new customer registration, changes and deletions when necessary

- Conduct price analysis and research market information for specific markets including National accounts Program, Government/School Bus Program, and others

- Partner with the national account program team to gain a thorough understanding of the business to sufficiently coordinate with order processing flow

- Provide web system management for National account program, renewal of price lists information about Government bids and updating the information

- Any other duties/responsibilities as assigned by Management

- A bachelor's degree required

- A bachelor's degree relevant to Business Administration preferred

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills required

- Knowledge of & SAP preferred

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (Heavy emphasis on MS Excel experience) required
