Temp to Hire in King of Prussia, PA Area!


Shifts vary starting at 8am and ending at 6pm

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Professionals (CSP’s) on the Claims Inquiry Team (CIT) for one of our client's. This person is responsible for providing support to network providers and payers regarding their claims processing and payment status inquiries. CSPs are also responsible for having positive relations with network providers. 

  • Receive inbound phone calls as well as respond to emails / faxes from providers and payers daily. 
  • Create / update MV Billing Issue when unable to triage / resolve the inquiry and ensure issue is created / updated accurately on a consistent basis
  • Review all case / existing MV issue information to ensure accurate information is relayed to the caller. 
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 3 years of call center experience with both inbound and outbound calls
  • Prior experience in billing and / or in a health related field with some knowledge of insurance and / or medical terminology / coding ?
  • I.E. CPT / HCPCS and ICD9 experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent analytical / problem solving skills
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Solid MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
