As a Customer Account Analyst, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, customer order entry, servicing customer accounts, and researching/resolving issues as well as providing a solution.  If you meet the qualifications listed below, please Apply Now!

Responsibilities for the Customer Account Analyst will include:

  • Meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
  • Answers all incoming phone calls in a timely manner and directs to the appropriate team or individual in accordance with procedures
  • Must have a high degree of attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
  • Research database to locate confidential missing or incorrect consumer information
  • Able to multi-task between multiple computer systems
  • Engage reasoning skills to determine necessary steps for file closure and forward to appropriate personnel


  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university, or 5 years of customer service representative experience
  • Minimum of three (3) combined years of professional experience related to customer service and/or sales 
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
