We are actively seeking a Customer Account Specialist for our client in Durham, NC. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is a global leader in the orthobiologics industry.

The duration of this assignment is up to one year with potential for hire.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Customer Account Specialist will utilize SAP to process orders for Internal/External customers received mainly via e-mail, as well as telephone, and fax.

  • Process internal/external customer orders and requests received via e-mail and telephone; the orders will be a variety of routine and standing order requests from domestic, internal and international customers in the healthcare field;
  • Manage fulfillment of customer orders and keeping customers informed of lead times and/or delays;
  • Analyze customer pricing discrepancies to ensure accuracy;
  • Document customer and determine root cause and appropriate solution; 
  • Process reports and assist with projects to address internal/external customer needs as requested by management;
  • Other duties as assigned.

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 11:00AM - 8:00PM MONDAY - FRIDAY

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent, relevant, business experience;

  • Minimum 1-2 years with direct customer contact;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products;

  • SAP expereience preferred.
