Customer Service/Technical Support Opportunity!

Are you a problem solver? Do you enjoy interacting with people and helping them find solutions to their problems? Do you love working with mobile devices, tablets, and computers?

Volt is hiring Customer Service minded people in our inbound call center located at Brooks City Base! We offer 5 weeks of paid training where you will learn about the latest and greatest electronic technology devices to help diagnose and resolve technology issues for customers! Know someone else just like you? Volt offers referral bonuses as well!

5 Week Paid Training at $12.50/hour.

Job Description Requirements:

  • Open availability to work nights and weekends. Call Center hours are Monday- Sunday 7 AM – 10 PM
  • Minimum of 1 year in a Customer Service Role preferably in your most recent position held.
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Must pass Pre-employment Testing/Screening Session 
  • Submit to a Background Check
  • Ability to sit for 8 hour shifts while working on computer systems
  • Ability to be a problem solver while maintaining great customer service
