12 Month Assignment Wilmington DE! work remotely to start 

As a member of the Customer Order Management Installation Team you take responsibility for the customer's instrument acquisition experience. Other duties may include:

  • Manage and coordinate resources across the value stream 
  • Utilizing multiple CRM & MRS systems to schedule installation service orders to Engineers.
  • Own the customer experience to ensure a delightful, premier, delivery and installation.
  • Grow and maintain customer relationships 
  • Communicate site-prep requirements and discuss readiness to ensure successful installation site visit.
  • Champion internally to ensure customer receives a "perfect install" experience.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation across the value chain.
