As a member of the Customer Order Management Installation Team you take responsibility for the customer's instrument acquisition experience. Other duties may include:
- Manage and coordinate resources across the value stream
- Utilizing multiple CRM & MRS systems to schedule installation service orders to Engineers.
- Own the customer experience to ensure a delightful, premier, delivery and installation.
- Grow and maintain customer relationships
- Communicate site-prep requirements and discuss readiness to ensure successful installation site visit.
- Champion internally to ensure customer receives a "perfect install" experience.
- Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation across the value chain.
