Volt Workforce Solutions in partnership with The Hain Celestial Group is seeking a Customer Quality Analyst. The Customer Quality Analyst is responsible for providing assurance of Quality and Food Safety to customers. This role supports the development and maintenance of The Hain Celestial Group's business partnerships, and improvement processes throughout the Hain Celestial organization. The requirements and responsibilities of this position are as follows:


Well qualified applicants have experience in food production quality analysis, business development, and customer service

Customer Partnerships:

  • Build relationships and partnerships with internal and external sales team
  • Develop initiatives to drive and maximize process efficiency
  • Act as the liason for the techinical organization

Transparency Matrix:

  • Manage, maintain, and implement Hain requirements for information sharing
  • Design and manage database to collext manufacturing information
  • Develop customer FAQ's for standardized approach to quality portal usage, policy summaries, and customer packets

Quality and Food Safety:

  • Complete Quality and Food Safety requests from customers
  • Serve as technical expert in customer requirements and quality portal systems
  • Collect information required for private label manufacturing projects

Certificates of Analysis and Compliance:

  • Establish process to collect and document analysis and compliance data
  • Ensure customers receive Certificate of Analysis and Certificate of Compliance documentation required

Continuous Improvement:

  • Support Plant QA in completing root cause analysis and identifying corrective actions
  • Draft formal responses to customer complaints
  • Manage monthly metrics on requests to determine improvement activities
  • Utilize technology available to streamline process

Systems Management:


  • Serve as Technical Services SharePoint administrator and lead governance team
  • Manage SharePoint libraries to maintain shared data
  • Develop SharePoint forms and processes to drive continuous improvement

Product Vision:

  • Serve as Product Vision administrator back-up, including new employee training
  • Utilize Product Vision system to gather data
  • Support on-boarding process for acquisitions


  • Utilize Wilke consumer data to provide insights into plants on customer history
  • Support monthly plant reporting as necessary
