Job Description

Volt has a 3-6 months temp assignment for customer quality engineer who has experience working in the aerospace industry in Carson, CA. This person will directly support our customer and processing corrective action response with customers and dealing with all quality issues.

Responsibilities include, (but are not limited to):
  • Provide technical support and quality-related issues while maintaining a strong working relationship with our customers/clients.
  • Lead and manage the company’s quality efforts.
  • Investigate and analyze any quality concerns, reviewing procedures, specifications, instructions, processes, and equipment to ensure compliance to applicable drawing, specifications, and standards in an effort to resolve Quality and Delivery concerns.
  • Determine the proper disposition and provide quality direction of nonconforming material
  • Generate, maintain, and provide quality metrics to the organization; Management team and oversee quality improvement programs.
  • BS in Engineering or equivalent work experiences  
  • Engineering or quality experience in the aerospace industry is preferred
