Job Description

Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Cypress to help identify a Customer Relations Manager for immediate hire. The position is temporary in nature for now as it is covering a long term leave of absence but may lead to other opportunities within the company.

In this role you will manage call center department and assist with escalated case issues. Specific duties will entail: leading the development of strategic plans for the call center; managing budgets for the department; manage vendor relationships and programs to support the company’s customer loyalty and brand value; create and effectively report KPI’s; manage escalated calls demonstrating sound judgement in resolution or further escalation; manage campaign efforts that enhance current and prospect brand loyalty; manage activities of all team members; respond to arbitration and/or small claims lawsuits; and collaborate with Supervisors to ensure calls and cases and handled to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

 We are looking for someone with call center or customer service management experience.   The ideal candidate will experience in an automotive wholesale/retail/call center/finance/or leasing company experience.  BA/BS degree is highly preferred but not required.
