Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is currently searching for a motivated and proactive Customer Service Coordinator/Bilingual Spanish for one of our major client’s in Wilmington DE.

The Customer Service Coordinator/Bilingual Spanish will be a part of a fast paced, diverse work environment where you take ownership of your work while collaborating closely with internal and external customers.

This candidate will work with customer based in the United States while working with an internal team spread across the globe. In this complex role, you will be required to have excellent communication and organization skills.

Position:        Customer Service Coordinator/Bilingual Spanish

Hours:            Monday – Friday      11:30 AM – 8:00 PM (May include Occasional Overtime)

Duration:        6 months

Pay Rate:       $22.00 - $24.00/hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface with customers as an active player with our pre-post sales engineers and other representatives to handle a variety of pre-and post-sales functions.
  • Creating sales quotes while taking appropriate ownership to resolve issues throughout the quote to cash cycle.
  • Clear set of priorities and expectations for the job and the company provide a framework for you to innovate new ways of meeting customer needs.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

HS Diploma, GED or higher education
• Proficient in Microsoft suite to include Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Access skills are a plus)
• Bilingual Spanish

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
• Time management in fast paced environment
• Organizational skills to maximize productivity
• Adapts to customer situation & different personalities
• Accurate and detail oriented
• Demonstrates business judgment by knowing when to work independently and when to collaborate
• Ability to solve complex issues for the best interest of the customer and the company
• Positively manage stress that is typical in a customer service environment
• Is always seeking to improve the job and provides solution oriented feedback
