Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking YOU to be the next face of this great company as their newest Customer Service Account Manager in the San Luis Obispo area.

This will be a direct hire position, with room for advancement within the company!

As a full time, Customer Service Account Manager, you should possess the following skills:

Top Notch Customer Service Skills & Experience.
Excellent phone etiquette and computer skills.
Outgoing, energetic personality and enjoy problem solving.
Have a great team spirit and willingness to work (and have fun with) a diverse group of people.

Required Experience:

Prior management experience including adherence to quality standards, deadlines, proper procedures and employee guidance.
Proven ability to maintain growing relationships with clients all while providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication.  
Ability to oversee accounts while managing your team.   
Bilingual in English/Spanish is required as you will be speaking with customers and vendors in different countries.
