Job expectations include but not limited to:

  • Communicate with clients, insured customers, and third parties via incoming calls, email, and web chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on all Group products, enrollment processes, and administrative procedures; resolve concerns and respond to general administrative questions.
  • Fulfill customer requests for forms or information, adhering to department quality standards to ensure accuracy and timely turnaround.
  • Assist customers with our website including registration, navigation, transaction processing, and troubleshooting.
  • Complete non-telephone work as time permits, including fulfillment processing, quality checking, after-hours voicemail response, email bounce backs, returned mail, address changes, and more.  
  • Train on additional administrative tasks as time and call volumes permit

Hours: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Weekly Pay Rate: $640-$698/Week


  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have a MINIMUM of 2 years of recent Call Center experience
  • Genuine commitment to providing a positive customer experience.
  • Ability to think on your feet, demonstrating good judgment in responding to customers.
  • Initiative in using resources for researching and responding to questions, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, friendly and professional phone manner, and grammatically correct and concise written correspondence.
  • Recommendations for improving how we do business, partnering with coworkers across the department to provide better service to our customers.
  • Strong PC skills, including the ability to use multiple systems interchangeably.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team member. 
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed in peak work months.
