Job Description

Our client located in the city of Long Beach, CA is looking for an Customer Service Rep to support an Order Entry Department. Our client is hiring for a Order Entry Clerk to help process orders at a Large Manufacturer. We are seeking for individual who can work independently, is a self started and energetic. We are looking for individuals to work in a high pace, high volume Customer Service environment. Starting pay is at 15.00/hr. 

Main Duties include:

  • Account Management
  • Order Management/providing customer updates on orders.
  • Order Entry-processing
  • Returns

Other duties will include:Checking inventory, price, and account details in order to process orders. Will also be responsible for entering purchase orders and other information accurately in systems. If you are interested in knowing more please contact our office for more information.
