Job Description

Support worldwide base of subsidiaries and distributors in relation to spare parts requirements to ensure customer satisfaction.  Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years of experience in a related area.  Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Review and process incoming purchase orders ensuring that they are processed in a timely manner.
  • Review inventory stock status and coordinate with production planning on scheduling of parts shipments.
  • Prepare international shipping documents as required to avoid clearance delays upon delivery.
  • Coordinates with various freight forwarders as designated by customers
  • Process parts pricing requests.
  • Review warranty requests to determine validity for management approval
  • Process returns authorizations.
  • Process not charge, credit upon return and exchange orders following documented procedures.
  • Act with limited authority in making decisions on how situations are to be handled; only involving management if it is required.
  • Respond to customer inquiries n a timely manner.
  • Act as liaison between customer and engineering department on technical parts questions.
  • Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customers request or inquiry is addressed.
  • Phone support for sales/customer service.
  • Back up for other personnel within the customer service department as required.


  • 5+ years’ administrative support and order processing.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills. 
  • Proficient with MS Office.
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills
