Job Description

VOLT is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of our top Irving clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a great company that provides training and opportunity for growth. Starting pay at $17 hr!!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed notes
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos,
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book appointments
  • You will act as the point of contact for external clients

Schedule:

Days off rotate monthly.  Example: Month 1 off Sunday/Monday, Month 2 off Monday/Tuesday, Month 3 off Tuesday/Wednesday, etc., etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience of Great Customer Service
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
