Our manufacturing client is looking to add a Customer Service Manager to their team. 

Pay: $60,000 DOE 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned)

  1. Review with Sales Quotations and Bookings to support the Business Plan.
  2. Review WIP status and place recommit dates as necessary.
  3. Strive to meet performance metrics.
  4. Establish ongoing cycle time reduction in Quotation turn time.
  5. Ensure adherence to the QMS system as it relates to Customer Service

Qualifications:

  1. P.C. literate (i.e.:  Windows, Word, and Excel).
  2. Highly developed interpersonal, organizational and communicative skills.
  3. Minimum 5 years of experience Customer Service.
  4. Minimum 5 years of experience as Quotations Analyst.
