Job Title: Customer Service Rep. 1 
Location: Louisville, KY
Position Summary
• Process documents based on department guidelines in accordance with standards and performance indicators as defined by contractual requirements
• Receive incoming calls from multiple customers such as physicians and patients, and process requests by providing resolution or triage to the appropriate areas
• Report Adverse Events and Product Complaints when needed
• Answer inquiries and process incoming requests received and provide callers with accurate, current information
• Document customer requests and inquiries in call history database and ensure timely closure of all open issues
• Demonstrate ability to communicate clearly in both written and oral format
• Maintain all patient confidentiality
• Take on other duties as assigned; job duties may vary

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong data entry skills are required.
Previous call center experience is preferred.
Basic pharmacy knowledge is preferred.
Able to multi-task; strong attention to detail; acts with a sense of urgency.
Exhibit a positive attitude and understand that our main focus should always be on our patients.

Work Schedule
11:30am-8:00pm (M-F). Overtime may be offered based on the needs of the business.
