Job Description

Are you a Seasoned Customer Service Representative looking for your next opportunity? If so, Volt has an immediate opening in San Francisco!

Some of your tasks will include:

  • Answer customer questions about products, prices and availability. 
  • Accurately quote product and delivery pricing, including a delivery date. 
  • Notate every interaction with customer in CRM and memos within each order. 
  • All emails, phone calls and memos should be responded to ASAP and no more than 24 hours later. 
  • Order Management Log (OML) should be updated on a regular basis throughout the day. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers via the phone including, but not limited to, price verification's, exchanges and returns, and special orders. 
  • Communicate customer suggestions for enhancements. 
  • May respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff. 
  • Provide assistance to other associates as necessary. 
  • Participates in associate meetings and communicates any concerns to management. 

Qualifications for this role:

  • 2-3 years recent relevant experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint


  • High School Diploma or GED
