Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is hiring Customer Service reps, for a leader of Custom & personalized products.

This project is scheduled to begin immediately, SO APPLY NOW! 


As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be the friendly voice of our client. Each team member is fully knowledgeable of our product suite to successfully help customers. You will answer calls and emails from our pre- and post-order customers, providing award-winning customer service. We’ll rely on you to listen to customers and use your expertise, creativity, and passion for customer service, to meet their needs — and remind them that behind these great products are amazing people!


Monday-Friday / 7am to 9pm

Saturday / 9am to 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist 50+ callers per day while
  • respond to additional customers/prospects via e-mail
  • Master company/product information contained in website including production information, use of customization tool, status and delivery of products, and more
  • Create and seize opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer issues


  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Full-time schedule - Must be flexible
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced environment
  • Internet and computer-savvy
