Job Description



Volt Work force Solutions is hiring a team of Customer Service professionals for a short-term project with our client, a leader in the field of healthcare.

This project is scheduled to start August 27, SO APPLY NOW! 

DRESS CODE: Business casual

HOURS: 8:00am to 5:00pm

LENGTH: 1 to 2 weeks with possible extension

Job Responsibilities

  • Performing inbound and outbound calls to Provider offices to speak with a Provider representative. (i.e. Office Manager/Administrator, Billing Manager)
  • Validate January 2018-July 2018 changes to their EFT (electronic funds transfer) information using proprietary software
  • Make a minimum of 3 contact attempts per Provider throughout the project lifecycle
  • Practice exceptional customer service and telephone techniques
  • Ability to maintain patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to listen and multi-task.
  • Ability to utilize rebuttals and address member concerns in a detailed manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Ability to meet quality assessments standards and call monitoring requirements
  • Cooperate with co-workers and management while working toward department goals
  • Maintain center standards for performance and productivity
  • Follow all center policies and procedures.

Position Requirements

  • 6 months prior call center experience in sales, education, customer service, collections, or similar (required)
  • High School diploma or GED equivalency
  • 18+ years of age
  • Computer and typing skills (Data entry)
  • Reading ability
  • Drug Test, background screen and education verification

 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, sit, walk, twist and turn
  • Ability to use a phone or wear a headset for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use a computer keyboard and mouse
  • Work environment is indoors, majority of time is spent sitting at a desk
