Position:  Customer Service Representative

Work Hours:  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What you do as a Customer Service Representative:

Our client is looking for a temporary Customer Service Representative to join their Richmond office.  If you are an experienced customer service professional looking for a career with a dynamic company, look no further.  We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service and are looking for people like you to share in our success.

This associate will review and process incoming life insurance applications and change requests.  They will also work with payroll departments to calculate and communicate insurance premium information. In addition, the incumbent will handle mail, enter data, and research coverage information. There will be a strong emphasis on meeting established performance standards and contributing to a positive team environment. 

Physical job requirements: 

  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse and computer for approximately 3-6 hours per day
  • Ability to utilize phone for approximately 2-4 hours per day
  • Ability to perform simple grasping including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout entire workday
