Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Job Description/Duties: Individual will be interacting with the sales team and assisting project manager.

  • Receive emails, quotes, and requests from customer and reps. Will enter those into system (entering lines, parts, due dates, reference numbers, and customer details).
  • Utilize ticket system where dealers enter requisitions and forward information to intended personnel.
  • Ensured that project manager kept up to date on requirements and all project information.
  • When quotes completed, check log and ensure they went out. If late, follow up with rep to notify customer of why.
  • Filing, scanning, sending out new customers orders (backup for team).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Excel, Microsoft Office platforms (pivot tables and V hookups are a plus).
  • ¬†Ability to be flexible and work with various teams if need be.
