Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative for one of the leading pharmaceutical distributors in North America. After reading the job info below, if interested, email an updated resume (in Word format).
Job Title: Customer Service Representative  
Location: Fairdale, KY
Position Summary
- Serve as primary point of contact for client’s daily distribution activities, including commercial distribution, order status, clinical trials distribution, sampling fulfillment and marketing materials fulfillment.
- Interface with company personnel to handle client requests and resolve problems. Follow up with internal personnel on open client requests to insure resolution. Escalate client issues to company Management as appropriate.
- Document service deviations. Ensure timely and thorough investigation and resolution to deviations. Communicate resolution to client personnel.
- Participates in client review meetings. Provides input as appropriate. Ensures completion of action items resulting from client meetings.
- Answer inbound telephone calls in company Call Center.
- Receives after-hours emergency calls from client.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively with whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Able to listen, express ideas clearly both written and oral communications.
- Able to enter data accurately.
- Able to handle multiple tasks well.
- Able to facilitate resolution of client issues.
- Able to correctly input data into the computer.
- Able to communicate effectively whether in person, on the telephone, or through correspondence.
Work Schedule:
10:30am–7:00pm, M-F
