Job Description/Duties:
- These agency workers will be researching delinquent (past due) accounts and contacting customers via phone, email, and text to resolve the past due charges.
- The accounts may range from active, recently aged accounts to disposed, highly aged accounts with open unpaid charges remaining.
- Support various accounts receivable management functions and bring timely resolution to customer accounts including but not limited to: Regular customer past due accounts Repossession. Legal Accounts. Recovery activity for Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation (CFSC).
- Will be required to make 60 calls/emails per day.
Desired Skills:
- Excel required. SalesForce preferred. Oracle preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and demonstrated ability to apply collection techniques and procedures.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to apply math computation skills including basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Thorough knowledge of and the ability to apply financing and taxation principles.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and the ability to prepare amortization schedules. Demonstrated ability to analyze, recommend and approve contracts for default and late charge waiver.
- Demonstrated ability to nurture a strong working relationship with internal and external customers, Territory Managers and dealer personnel.
