Job Description: Customer Service Rep 2

Job Duties/Requirements: Support various accounts receivable management efforts for Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation’s (CFSC).  To assist the Lease Service Reps and Lease Consultants with a variety of tasks that include but not limited to

  • Prepare month to month document resolution.
  • Review credit application submittals and quoting.
  • General invoicing, and document
  • packages associated with lease resolution.
  • Replicate documents from previous systems to new ones.


  • A 4-year college or university degree in any discipline preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year exempt experience in credit, customer services, collections, marketing, financial statement analysis and/or related discipline is required.
  • Equivalent experience may be substituted for education.
  • Advanced knowledge of and ability to apply math computation skills required.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer credit applications required.
  • A general understanding of leasing and quoting systems required.
  • Demonstrated ability to read/analyze customer payment histories preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of financing and taxation principles preferred.
