Volt is hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English/Spanish) for our client in North Austin!
The bilingual Customer Service Representative supports many of our client's popular mobile devices, including their industry-leading smart phones and tablets. As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be the friendly voice of our client, providing award-winning customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. We’ll rely on you to listen to customers and use your technical expertise, creativity, and passion for technology and customer service to meet their needs — and remind them that behind these great products are amazing people!
The ideal candidate is...
A Spanish/English bilingual communicator, a problem-solver, and amazing with customers! Enthralled by the way things work, with the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot your own hardware and software. Able to multitask across systems and applications, analyze and resolve a variety of complex technical issues, and comfortably navigate a Windows and/or Mac environment. Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively prioritize and manage time. Enthusiastic about providing an incredible customer experience.
