Customer Service Representative I

Volt is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a great company in Irwindale. The ideal candidate will work within a challenging, goal-oriented environment where performance is based on service quality, schedule adherence, productivity and availability. Ideal can candidate will be responsible for –

  • Handling all incoming phone calls
  • Daily order entry of incoming orders via phone calls or emails.
  • Appropriate follow-through of orders cancellations and changes.
  • Assist supervisor in reviewing stock balance
  • Assist in handling the prepaid accounts (10 customers)
  • Create Pro-Forma Invoice outside of the system
  • Monitor customer payments to fulfill their order
  • Monitor orders in transit and provide customer with any international document required (SED, CI, PL)
  • Work with shipping department team until order ships and provide tracking information to the customer
  • Provide excellent service to customers
  • Other duties assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • HS Diploma
  • 2 + years’ experience in customer service
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Must maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Must be organized, detailed oriented and have great communication skills
  • Quick learner with positive attitude
  • Bilingual Spanish
