Customer Service Representative/Processor- St. Paul

Volt Workforce Solutions is looking for contract to hire Call Center Representatives! This is an opportunity to jumpstart your career LONG TERM with a highly reputable company.

Job expectations include but not limited to:

  1. Provide excellent customer service, exceeding the expectations of the clients.
  2. Initiate communication and respond to inquiries regarding complex topics such as plan, contract, state and federal rules which impact our procedures.
  3. Review, process, and approve a variety of written and verbal requests including payments, disbursements, transfers, and account registrations.
  4. Use provided tools to clearly answer questions and accurately process requests on contract and riders which have been issued.
  5. Review and provide feedback on acknowledgements and letters processed by team members.
  6. Create and facilitate the schedule for coverage and approval of various unit responsibilities.

Hours: 8:15AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate:$14- $16


  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have 2 or more years of office experience
  • Secondary education strongly preferred
  • Strong job longevity strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • Solid organizational and time management skills to prioritize workload adjust to changing priorities and meet established deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, maintaining accuracy while meeting deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical ability to determine client needs. Includes the ability to identify issues and recommend potential solutions.
  • Strong team player with initiative to learn new tasks.
  • Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously during peak work periods.
