Job Description

Volt is now hiring experienced Customer Service Representatives in San Luis Obispo County.

Duties:

• Work with potential and current customers by providing answers to product and service questions and potentially suggesting additional information that would benefit them

• Assist in maintaining updated and accurate account/customer contact information

• Handle incoming calls/emails from prospective customers

• High emphasis on attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Oversee a designated territory and work to build customer relationships

• Ability to problem solve and make effective decisions and solutions

• Respond to customers in a timely manner

• Develop strong company knowledge of products and processes

• Work as a team by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• Strong sense of customer service and what that means

• Ability to learn product, company processes, and service knowledge

• A focus and understanding of good communication including: listening skills, phone skills, email etiquette, and more

• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with a positive/upbeat professional manner using correct grammar

• Capable of solving problems and managing customer concerns

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task while working under the pressure of deadlines

• High School diploma or GED

Bilingual abilities a plus!
