Volt is immediately hiring qualified Customer Service Call Center Representatives

!! Candidates must be located in Texas!! 

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Respond to inquiries from customers on phone and via chat and email functions
• Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine most effective response
• Develop strategy to provide first call resolution for customer
• Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Provide world class customer service in your own call center

 Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Supply own computer with Windows 8 or higher
• Min 6 months Customer Service experience - no exceptions
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

$12 an hour

Experience with the following is a plus: Call Center/Data Entry
