Volt Workforce Solutions has immediate temporary openings for Customer Service Representatives for a client on the North-end of Colorado Springs.  Several openings available!! 

Hours are M-F 7:30am through 4:30pm

***This position can be an onsite or virtual-Must be flexible to go onsite for training***

Pay: 15.00 per hour

Position Summary

This position will provide support to a team working on large projects with utility vendors, in order to provide excellent client satisfaction with our client's services.

Responsibilities

  • Call utility vendors in order to establish new accounts
  • Fill out utility vendor forms as instructed
  • Monitor, track, and report on current progress with various accounts
  • Multi-task as needed while on hold with vendors
  • Coordinate with the team to provide excellent turnaround time for clients’ needs

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to make phone calls and send emails to vendors
  • Capacity to research information online
  • Basic computer skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook and basic Excel)
  • Detail-oriented in order to accurately manage many cells on a spreadsheet
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide accurate and efficient turnaround of tasks

This position is long term temporary but can go direct.
