This is not a remote opportunity.

You will be safe at work.  We ensure representatives are 6 feet apart.  Masks required and Hand Sanitizer stations located throughout the building!

In this role you will be taking Inbound Phone Calls scheduling Medical Appointments for the entire HealthPartners network of clinics. There will be occasional outbound phone calls for a follow up with a patient/clinic.  60-90 calls per day while toggling between 6-8 different web based applications- must be computer efficient. We focus on Quality not Quantity. This is a very fast paced position, you must be able to work well under pressure and be comfortable dealing with time sensitive data.  This is not an entry level position, and requires many years of customer service experience. 

Training:   You will be paid to train! 3 weeks paid training, no healthcare experience needed. Starting on September 14th.

Hours: Must be available from 7AM-9:30PM, M-F AND every other weekend. Set schedule will be assigned between these hours after training. 

Pay: $18.00/hour

What are we looking for?

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 3+ years customer service experience
  • Must be available until 9:30PM and every other weekend
  • Must have High school diploma or GED
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent with computers
  • Excellent attendance and Punctuality
  • Work well under pressure
