Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions is searching for positive people with a strong work ethic for this local, family operated company. Our client, based in Auburn, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

As the Customer Service Representative, you will spend your day interacting with customers and vendors over the phone and by email. You will track orders, push through/make changes, field logistical questions, and work between multiple departments to retrieve order status/location information for customers.


  • Previous Customer Service, or Call Center experience required
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Ten-Key, and QuickBooks
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable interacting with customers over the phone
