Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Dayton, OH
Job Description:
* Establishes and supports accounts on an ongoing basis.
* Responsible for managing Book of Business Setup/Analysis, Inventory Management, and Order Process Coordination.
* Communicates with the customer at the Form Owner level or above to the customers satisfaction.
* Ensures process compliance.
* Identifies and communicates opportunities for consolidations and/or new documents.
* Manages entire reorder notice process with appropriate form owner(s).
* Monitors customer inventory.
* Coordinates order placement with CCRs in the center.
* Manages customer requests for quotes, designs, and any special projects.
* Responsible for asset management within their assignment (A/R, Storage, Invoicing etc.) and any customer communication this implies.
* Coordinates pricing database with the customer.
* Responsible for contract reporting (PPR) for reorder business.
