Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Louisville, KY
Position Summary
Responsible for interfacing with patients, doctor's offices, pharmacists and patient representatives. Schedules delivery for medications to patients, doctors and pharmacies. Responsible for following up on assigned cases daily until they are complete. Responsible for ensuring private information is protected.
Familiar with computers and applications like Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Office applications.
High school degree is required, college education is preferred
Work Schedule
One position will be for 8am-4:30pm (M-F) and one will be for.9:30am-6:00pm (M-F). Some OT may be required during the first month on assignment.
