Job Description

Volt Workforce Solutions has excellent employment opportunities for an "Optical" Customer Service Representative. One year as dispensing Optician required, ABO certified preferred.

Essential Functions of the Job:
• Status jobs
• Take orders over the telephone
• Call Accounts
• Respond to routine to complex inquiries from doctors and clients
• Investigate and resolve routine to complex customer complaints and grievances
• Enter data into database
