Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking an energetic and reliable Customer Service Representative! The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for Business to Business communication, solving customer issues, and processing orders. 

Our client in Totowa is a leading manufacturer and worldwide distributor of a diverse line of print finishing, graphic arts, and presentation products and services. 

Shift: Mon - Fri / 11am - 8pm *Must be flexible to work 830am-530pm as well.

Pay Rate: $15/hr

Job Responsibilities include: 

  • Assisting with web orders
  • Answer incoming calls regarding billing issues, product, service questions, and general concerns
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company products
  • Handling heavy call volume & processing orders
  • Business to Business communication


Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent verbal, communication, and computer skills
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
  • CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS!
  • Attention to detail and driven personality
  • Ability to prioritize and organize responsibilities
