Job Description

Schedules are Full Time, 8 hour shifts - Sunday through Saturday


Candidates will need the skills to perform the following responsibilities: 

• Ability to read a script verbatim and track responses
• Obtain, enter and verify customer’s information (i.e., names, addresses, billing information, etc), while committing to confidentiality 
• Answer questions, gather information, and attempt to retain customers who may wish to discontinue and/or downgrade membership 
• Ensure that calls are processed in strict adherence to established policies, procedures, quality standards, and site Terms of Use, and that systems are used correctly 
• Successfully complete initial classroom and on-the-job training. 

Qualifications: Candidates must possess the following:

• Must be 18 years of age or older 
• Possess some customer service ability preferably in a call center setting
• The ability to be convincing and professional on the phone. 
• Knowledge of computer keyboard and mouse, intermediary internet knowledge required
• Ability to clearly communicate using good clear, distinct voice
