Volt is immediately hiring Work at Home Call Center Customer Service Representatives in Charlotte, NC.  A Customer Service Representative will enjoy working in the comfort of their own home, assisting customers with their inquiries via telephone.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Work at home on a computer for entire shift – in your own call center!
  • Effectively navigate through multiple systems and windows
  • Provide world class customer service, resolving customer inquiries via telephone
  • Clearly document customer service interactions

 Customer Service Representative candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have secure high speed internet
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment
  • Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements
  • Only Candidates residing in the Greater Charlotte area will be considered

Experience with the following is a plus:

  • Call Center
  • Customer Service
  • Remote work from home  
  • Previous optical (eye glass dispensing) experience
