Job Description

Large auto finance company in Irvine is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for immediate hire. 

In this role you will:

- answer a high volume of inbound calls from customers in regards to their auto loan 
- answer questions on why they were denied approvals
- troubleshoot application issues
- provide them with updates on where their application is in the process
- inform them of any missing documentation required to complete funding 
- resolve customer complaints 

The ideal candidate will have:

- an excellent phone voice and strong customer service skills
- basic clerical or office experience
- call center experience preferred but not required 
- any auto finance, mortgage, banking experience preferred but NOT required 

You must be flexible to work any time M-F from 7am - 7pm and work 1 - 2 days Saturdays a month. When you work a Saturday you will have one day off during the week. 

Pay rate is $12-13.50/hr. Position is long term temp, with strong potential to go temp to hire for the right person. They just hired our last temporary person within 3 months!
