Responsibilities:
- Provide high-volume customer service over phone and email
- Answer general questions regarding accounts
- Remind customers of payments due and accept payment
- Coordinate with internal Billing/Collections team to resolve billing disputes
Qualifications:
- At least 6 months customer service experience in call center environment
- Must be comfortable asking for past-due payments while on customer service calls
- Ability to effectively use a computer and navigate web-based software
- Minimum typing speed 25 WPM
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
