Volt Workforce Solutions has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Napa, CA

This is a temporary position - 3-6 months 

Responsibilities Include:

• Accepting, verifying and processing client transactions.
• Assisting customers with check orders, balancing accounts, safe deposit openings and closing
• Responds to customer needs, identifies and pursues new or related customer opportunities
• Provides administrative assistance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle cash, including accurate counting
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum High School Degree
• Cash handling experience preferred
