Volt is immediately hiring qualified Customer Service Call Center Representatives for positions in Texas.  Work from the comfort of your own home helping customers schedule their vaccinations!

As a Customer Service Representative you will:

• Respond to inquiries from customers on phone and via chat and email functions
• Perform research to respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions to determine most effective response
• Develop strategy to provide first call resolution for customer
• Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions take
• Provide world class customer service in your own call center

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old 
• Supply own computer with Windows 8 or higher
• Min 6 months Customer Service experience - no exceptions
• Must live in IA, IL, MI, MN, TX or WI
• Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements

Experience with the following is a plus: Call Center/Data Entry
