As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer calls and emails from our pre and post-order customers. Each team member is fully knowledgeable of our product suite to successfully help customers and up-sell additional products.  Customer Service Representatives are also expected to identify potential leads for our Enterprise Account Services team. All information received by our Customer Service Team from customers is vital to our evolution and success of the business. Because of our on-going growth, we are looking for a candidate that can be flexible in the work environment and adapt well to changing schedules, protocols, and practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all customers have a “WOW!” experience
  • Assist 48+ callers per day while responding to additional customers/prospects via e-mail
  • Master information contained in our website including production information, use of customization tool, status and delivery of products, and more
  • Up-sell products and services to both create and seize opportunities to improve conversion rates
  • Troubleshoot and solve customer issues
  • Always be courteous and helpful
  • Additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Full-time flexible schedule potentially including weekends and evenings Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Enjoys working in fast-paced environment
  • Is internet and computer-savvy
