Are you a skilled problem solver with mad customer service skills looking to join a seriously fun team as a Customer Service Representative? You must possess an enthusiastic phone personality with active listening skills – in fact, you could teach enthusiasm. Are you still seeking that team that understands your need to be the best and that you have your best work ahead of you? The successful candidate for this role will have the willingness and discipline to learn to have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and willing to be well-trained in product knowledge. Must possess the ability to sell as well – if you cannot see yourself selling products on an everyday basis rethink before you apply to thins opportunity.

Oh yea, the other mad skill you will need to possess is the ability to critically think and function at a high level. As our distributors and current team of professionals deserve only the best team.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Order entry of purchase orders
  • Customer liaison through electronic and telephone communication regarding orders and product questions
  • Communicating tracking information, freight quotes and general order follow through
  • Communicate with internal departments regarding orders and/or customer needs
  • Communicate with management team and report customer or process challenges
  • Answer product and shipping questions
  • Selling and upselling our customer base
  • Assist with answering the phone and maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller

How You’ll be measured:

  • How well you convert potential customers into active customers and active customers into fans
  • How well you perform in a consistent follow-up and outreach
  • The accuracy of your data entry
  • The quality of you written and oral skills as well as customer hand-offs
  • How you support the rest of team by being on-time with accurate information, sharing information, insights and learnings you gain through your interactions
