Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Everett, WA
Position Summary
Responsible for receiving visitors, employment applicants, salespersons and customers, in person and over the phone, and directing them to appropriate locations and parties. Maintains a visitor log and issues badges when necessary. Provides support to customers by troubleshooting and providing answers to questions regarding deliveries, orders, invoices, etc. Researches customer issues using company databases and through communication with internal departments, couriers, and vendors. Partners with the warehouse to process will-call orders for customers.
1+ years general office experience or customer service experience
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Reading, writing, arithmetic skills and strong interpersonal skills. High level of computer literacy with command of office software including spreadsheets, word processing and database applications.
