Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service Representative for a local leading organization in Livermore

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
• Provide customer service by conferring with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
• Perform data entry and keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken
• Resolve customers' service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, or adjusting bills

Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 Years of Experience

Pay for this position is $17.00/hr plus overtime as needed.

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Call Center
• Data Entry
• Customer Service
